Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Polaris AI in just 5 minutes. Follow these simple steps to start using your AI assistant.
Step 1: Create Your Account (1 min)
Visit the Sign-Up Page
Go to Polaris AI and click Sign Up.
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm your email.
That's it! You're now a Polaris AI user.
Step 2: Connect Your First Integration (2 min)
Polaris AI works best when connected to your tools. Let's start with one:
Go to Dashboard Settings
Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar, then click Integrations.
Choose an App to Connect
Pick one to start (we recommend Gmail):
- Gmail — Send and read emails
- Google Calendar — Check and create events
- GitHub — Manage repositories
Click "Connect"
Select your app and click the Connect button.
Authorize Polaris AI
You'll be taken to Google or GitHub to authorize. Just follow the prompts and approve the permissions.
Done
Your integration is now active and you'll see a green Connected badge.
Don't worry about connecting everything at once. You can add more integrations anytime from Settings.
Step 3: Send Your First Message (2 min)
Now let's try the magic:
Click the Chat
In the main dashboard, you'll see the Chat section. Click on "Start a new conversation" or click the plus (+) button.
Type a Simple Command
Try one of these based on what you connected:
If you connected Gmail:
"Send an email to [your friend's email] saying 'Hey, just testing Polaris AI!'"If you connected Calendar:
"Show me my calendar for today"If you connected GitHub:
"Show me my repositories"Review the Preview
Polaris AI will show you what it's about to do. Check if it looks right.
Click Confirm
Click the Confirm button to execute the action.
See the Result
Your email is sent, event is created, or information is displayed successfully.
You're Ready!
