• Compact Mode - Reduce spacing

Open Auto-Save Settings

Choose Save Frequency

Choose frequency:

• Always - Save every message
• Every 5 minutes - Periodic save
• Manual - Save only when you click save

Go Settings → Preferences → Keyboard Shortcuts

Open Do Not Disturb Settings

Go Settings → Preferences → Do Not Disturb

Set Do Not Disturb Hours

Enable and set hours (e.g., 10 PM - 8 AM)

Confirm Settings

No notifications during this time

Open Voice Settings

Go Settings → Preferences → Voice

Enable Voice Input

Toggle Enable Voice Input ON

Grant Permissions

Confirm Deletion

Enable or Disable Learning

Toggle Allow Learning:

• ON: Polaris AI learns your habits and preferences
• OFF: No learning, each conversation is fresh

Go Settings → Preferences → Memory → Scope

Choose what Polaris AI learns about:

• ✓ Email habits (senders, topics)
• ✓ Scheduling preferences (time of day)
• ✓ Communication style (concise vs detail)
• ✓ Common requests (frequently asked tasks)
• Learn from all, or disable specific categories

Go Settings → Preferences → Memory → View Memories

See everything Polaris AI has learned about you

Edit or delete specific memories

Go Settings → Preferences → Integrations

Toggle apps to auto-reconnect if disconnected

Go Settings → Preferences → Integrations → Default Accounts

Set which account to use by default for each service

Example: Default email for sending, default calendar for scheduling
