Manage your profile, authentication, and account information.

Profile

Update Your Profile

Open Account Settings

Open SettingsAccount tab

Click Edit

Click Edit Profile

Update Information

Update your name, profile picture, or bio

Save Changes

Click Save

Your profile information helps Polaris AI personalize its responses.

Email & Password

Change Your Email

Open Email Settings

Go SettingsAccountEmail

Enter New Email

Enter new email address

Receive Verification

We'll send a verification link to both emails

Confirm Both Emails

Confirm in both emails

Complete Update

Your email is now updated

Your email is how we send you account notifications and password resets. Keep it up to date!

Change Your Password

Open Security Settings

Go SettingsAccountSecurity

Click Change Password

Click Change Password

Enter Current Password

Enter current password

Enter New Password

Enter new password (at least 8 characters)

Confirm New Password

Confirm new password

Save Changes

Click Update

For security, use a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for extra security:

Go SettingsAccountSecurity

Enable 2FA

Toggle Two-Factor Authentication ON

Scan QR Code

Scan QR code with authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)

Enter Code

Enter the code from your authenticator

Save Recovery Codes

Save recovery codes in a safe place

Save those recovery codes! If you lose access to your authenticator, you'll need them to regain access.

Connected Apps

View Connected Integrations

Open Connected Apps

Go SettingsAccountConnected Apps

View Services

See all connected services (Gmail, Calendar, GitHub, etc.)

Disconnect an App

Locate App

Find the app in Connected Apps list

Click Disconnect

Click Disconnect

Confirm

Confirm disconnection

Disconnecting doesn't delete data from the actual app. Your emails stay in Gmail, events stay in Calendar, etc. You're just preventing Polaris AI from accessing them.

Revoke All Access

To revoke all Polaris AI access to your accounts:

Open Service Settings

Go each service (Gmail, Calendar, GitHub account settings)

Find Authorization

Find "Connected apps" or "Authorized applications"

Revoke Access

Revoke Polaris AI access

Subscription & Billing

View Your Plan

Open Billing Settings

Go SettingsAccountBilling

View Plan Details

See current plan and renewal date

Upgrade Your Plan

Go SettingsAccountBilling

Click Upgrade Plan

Compare plans and select

Enter payment information

Confirm and upgrade

Download Invoice

Go SettingsAccountBillingInvoice History

Find the invoice

Click Download PDF

Manage Billing Address

Go SettingsAccountBillingAddress

Update address information

Click Save

Notifications

Email Notifications

Choose what emails you receive:

Go SettingsAccountNotifications

Toggle notification types on/off:

  • Security alerts (new login, password change)
  • Billing updates (charge confirmation, expiration)
  • Feature updates (new features, improvements)
  • Tips & best practices (helpful guides, tips)

You'll always receive critical security alerts regardless of settings.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be immediately deleted. Your connected apps will remain unaffected.

Delete Your Account

Go SettingsAccountDanger Zone

Click Delete Account

Read the warning carefully

Type "DELETE" to confirm

Enter your password to verify

Account is deleted immediately

Before Deleting

Consider:

  • Exporting your data first (see Privacy Settings)
  • Disconnecting all app integrations
  • Saving any important files
